FitPerfect ("we," "our," or "us") operates a virtual try-on SaaS platform for clothing retailers ("Stores") and their end customers ("Customers"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our platform at fitperfect.base44.app or any associated services. By using FitPerfect, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

From Stores (business subscribers): Name, business email, store name, business address, country, state, tax ID / VAT number, brand color preferences, subscription plan, and payment billing information (processed securely by Base44 Payments — we do not store full payment card details).

From Customers (end users of Store try-on features): Photos uploaded for virtual try-on (processed transiently for AI generation and stored only as try-on results you save), email address, selected clothing preferences (size, color), and cart activity.

Automatically collected: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and usage analytics to improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and improve the FitPerfect platform and AI try-on service
To process subscription payments and manage billing relationships
To generate virtual try-on images using AI based on uploaded photos
To send transactional emails (account confirmations, subscription receipts)
To enforce our Terms of Service and prevent fraud or abuse
To comply with applicable laws and legal obligations

4. Photo & Biometric Data

Photos you upload for virtual try-on are submitted to an AI image generation service solely to produce try-on results. We do not use uploaded photos for facial recognition, biometric profiling, or any purpose beyond generating the requested try-on image. Uploaded photos are processed transiently and are not shared with third parties for advertising. Saved try-on results are stored in your account and can be deleted at any time.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

Base44 Payments (Wix Payments): for processing subscription payments
AI image generation providers: solely to generate try-on results
Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers under strict data processing agreements
Law enforcement or regulators when required by applicable law

6. Data Retention

Store account data is retained for the duration of the subscription and up to 90 days after cancellation, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Saved try-on results and wardrobe items are retained until you delete them or close your account. Uploaded photos used for generation are not retained beyond the session unless saved to your wardrobe.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. EU/EEA users have rights under GDPR. 8. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your information.

9. Children's Privacy

FitPerfect is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us at privacy@fitperfect.app and we will promptly delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
